When approved, order forms become orders. They are then sent automatically to suppliers.
However, some changes and actions are still possible;
•Approvers and buyers can resend orders to suppliers.
•Buyers can make changes to an order after approval.
•Buyers can clone an existing order to create a new order and save time.
•Buyers can cancel an order after it's been approved.
•Buyers can view historical notes within an order.
