If you wish, you can have different items in your order delivered to different locations within your organisation.
For example, 10 boxes of paper could be delivered to 10 different locations.
Note: For this option to be available, it's important that you have already entered the standard Billing Information and Delivery information giving one initial address and date for delivery before customising the way you want your order to be delivered. These preferences may have already been set up as your default account details.
To proceed, navigate to the Order lines section of the checkout page.
Find the item and click on the triangle icon towards the end of the line.
The page then expands to show more fields and options.
The delivery information you entered earlier will appear here - including delivery dates.
These can be customised in a few moments if you wish. Click on the Split delivery button.
A pop-up window then appears. Here, you can specify how you want the delivery to be split. The 1/1 numbering in the top-right shows this is the first delivery.
Now choose the address you want for this delivery - and the split quantity for this recipient. We'll make this 5 packs. Note: It's possible to be more specific about the recipient at the address for your delivery. Click the Edit button to add more details. Click on the Next button when you are ready to proceed.
This takes you to the details for the second delivery. Note the 2/2 at the top right of the pop-up window.
You can click the Back button if you want to change delivery 1. Click Save when you are finished.
The new, split delivery information then appear next to the item in the Order lines section of the checkout page.
If you wish, you can click the Cancel split button to change the delivery details once again.
